#RBTE2017, #RDE2017 & #RDSE2017 – The final day!

It may have been the final day, but that didn’t mean things slowed down at all here at #RBTE2017, #RDE2017 & #RDSE2017.

London Olympia was once again a hive of activity, as exhibitors continued to meet, network and conclude deals with the thousands of buyers and retail industry professionals that filled the exhibition halls.

The value of interactive digital signage was up for discussion over at Retail Digital Signage Conference. Richard Corps, Managing Director of Ads Reality (GAME Digital) was on stage and provided some in-depth look at some of the benefits.

We chatted to Richard following the session for a round-up of the key points.

Rethinking the customer journey…
Over in Retail Design & Branding Theatre 1, a packed audience got an insightful look into KFC’s new urban format restaurant. Brand Creative Design Manager, Jade Swaby was on hand to tell more about how KFC’s have rethought their customer journey.

Enhancing the in store experience…
Bringing online into stores was on the agenda this afternoon at RBTE, when Sean O’Connor, Head of Online Product at John Lewis presented on how John Lewis are doing exactly that, by giving Partners iPhones to enhance the customer experience.
