RBTE, Retail Design Expo & Retail Digital Signage Expo 2016…
Day one was going to be hard to match, but day two did exactly that! The halls were a hive of activity again on day two as exhibitors continued to meet, network and conclude deals with the thousands of buyers and retail industry professionals that filled the exhibition halls.

Today sessions again proved popular and Terry Duddy’s session on omnichannel Innovation and leadership was no exception, the packed audience received expert advice on the topic from the Debenhams Non-Executive Director.

We spoke to Terry following the session for a summary:

The Digital Retail Signage Expo’s seminar and events programme also continued to impress on day two; the highlight being a Giovanni Flore’s session on creating and sharing customer experiences across national boundaries.

Expert advice, insight and opinion was also delivered on topics such as how to simplify and consolidate international payments, digital signage in luxury and VM techniques for the multi-channel world to name a few in today’s event programmes; also a look at how to put the customer first with Gracia Amico of PetsPyjamas proved very popular indeed.
